·Hours Of Operation:

· Our retail shop is open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM.

· Our Boats:

· Electra Craft 162 TR 16foot Seating Capacity 10.

· Preparing For Your Adventure and Personal Items:

· You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time in order to complete the rental agreement, sign waivers, be fitted with a life jacket, and receive instructions. Should you arrive late this process your return time remains unchanged.
· We do not have any place to store your personal belongings. So only bring what you will be taking with you on the craft.
· Please use the restroom, apply sunscreen, change clothes, etc. PRIOR to checking in.
· Parking is free and available on the street. Please do not park in the hotel parking lot.
· Some wheelchairs are able to roll into the electric boats.
· You must be 21 years old to rent and drive an electric boat.

· Safety:

· Rolling coolers are not allowed onboard vessels.
· If we suspect that you are under the influence of drugs/alcohol, you will be turned away.
· Infants and children of all ages are welcome on boat rentals. Children 12 and under are required to wear a life jacket and we provide at no charge.
· One pet is allowed per boat rental. (fee applies)
· Fishing is not permitted from our boats.
· You will be on the water and there is a chance you may get wet.
· We reserve the right to turn away anyone who cannot swim or who we feel would be unsafe on the water in rented equipment.

· Cancellation Policies:

· We offer free cancellation UP TO 48 Hours prior to your reservation date.
· Contact us by phone or email should you need to cancel.
· No-shows, as well as cancellations WITHIN 48 hours of your reservation date, will be charged the full amount of your reservation.

· Rain or Shine Reservation:

· This is a Rain or Shine reservation. You are the Captain and drive the boat or kayak. You are responsible for checking weather and tide conditions before you come and make sure you are equipped for those conditions. Ultimately, it is up to you to determine the best time to come out based on your ability. Please note: Customers will receive a full refund if we should need to cancel your reservation due to unsafe weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.
