Cancellation Policy: When you book directly through the Anderson Inn the reservation can be cancelled free of charge UP TO four days prior to arrival date. A cancellation fee of the first nights stay will be charged for cancellations made WITHIN four days of arrival date. Once checked-in the reservation is non-refundable. For a reservation booked through a third party please be aware that the booking terms vary. Please refer to the booking terms on your confirmation email from that site. The Anderson Inn is unable to modify or cancel a third party reservation. You must cancel through the same company you booked through.
